Mind-Body & Restorative Exercise – reduce stress, increase energy, improve balance, fluidity and restore natural bio-rhythms.  We gracefully integrate elements of Yoga, Chi Gong, CHEK Body Zones, dance, rehabilitation and movement therapies, whole-brain integration and breathwork into a unique mind-body and wellness experience. 

Corrective & Rehabilitative Exercise – Restore posture, body balance & symmetry, resolve past injuries, reduce pain & develop optimal movement patterns so you can feel & function better than ever and return to training or sports.  

Functional Fitness Training – Lose body fat, improve fitness, strength, agility, flexibility, balance, coordination, endurance.  We use ‘real-world’ movements, core conditioning, total body strength and circuit training which strengthen the entire person from the inside-out.
